We want to be direct about what practising on this site can and can't promise you.

What we guarantee

• Our mock test uses the same format as the official test: 20 questions, a 45-minute time limit, and the requirement to answer all 5 Australian Values questions correctly alongside an overall 75% pass mark.
• Our question bank is based on the current official study material and reviewed for accuracy.
• If you're not satisfied with Full Access, you're covered by our 7-day refund policy.

What we don't guarantee

We are an independent practice resource, not the Australian Government. We cannot and do not guarantee:

• That you will pass the official Australian Citizenship Test
• That any specific question in our bank will appear on your real test
• That the official test's content, format, or pass requirements will never change after this page was last updated

Passing the real test depends on your own knowledge and the official test conditions on the day, which are outside our control.

What we do commit to is keeping the practice experience honest: realistic formatting, accurate explanations, and no misleading claims about being an official government product.
